Amb. Comrade Samuel Obitokun is a distinguished media entrepreneur, creative strategist, humanitarian advocate, and entertainment industry pioneer. Since founding Sam Entertainment Empire in 2000, he has built a legacy of excellence across modeling, broadcasting, cinematography, ICT, and youth empowerment.
He has worked as an On‑Air Personality (OAP) with several radio and TV stations within and outside Nigeria, including Tungba 100.9 FM Lagos, where he hosts the popular program “Jolly Express.” He also owns and manages TalentCity TV & Radio, an online broadcasting platform reaching global audiences.
Amb. Obitokun is widely recognized as a Life Radio/TV Oracle, a title earned after his outstanding performance during the WMC in Malaysia, where he was referred to as a “strong scientist in the media.”

His contributions to modeling and entertainment include producing top-tier models, organizing national pageants, and providing models for major advertising campaigns. His humanitarian footprint is equally remarkable through NOPU Rescue Embassy, which champions anti‑drug abuse campaigns, child protection, domestic violence awareness, and youth rehabilitation.
He is also an ICT expert, running a full ICT center offering training in computer studies, coding, CCTV installation, media technology, and SIWES/NYSC training programs.
